The winery
Poderi Luigi Einaudi is a historic family estate in Dogliani, Piedmont, founded by Italy's former President Luigi Einaudi and today led by his great-grandson Matteo Sardagna. 13 cascine across the finest crus of the Langhe for a total of approximately 70 hectares under vine, spanning Dogliani, Neive and Barolo. The estate pioneered the bottling and commercialisation of Dogliani Dolcetto before expanding into Nebbiolo and Barolo. Three generations of family stewardship have built a winery recognised internationally for elegance, typicity and rigorous quality across the entire production chain.
