The winery
Founded in 1979 by Ilario Bincoletto, Tessère is an organic winery located in the Venetian countryside. Today, Emanuela Bincoletto continues the family tradition with a strong focus on wine quality and environmental respect. The estate is deeply rooted in its territory, with the native Raboso grape as its flagship variety, interpreted in an elegant and modern style while preserving traditional craftsmanship. Each bottle reflects the winery’s strong connection to the lands of Venice and the Piave River. Inspired by ancient Roman mosaics, Tessère brings together fragments of history, nature, and culture, creating wines that express identity, memory, and place.

Wine details
Redentor Sui Lieviti is a traditional-method sparkling rosé made from Raboso grapes. It shows a pale pink onion-skin hue that deepens with extended lees contact in bottle. The nose reveals pomegranate, citrus, apple, wild blackberry, cherry, and subtle hints of liquorice. On the palate it is lively, pleasantly acidic, and complex. The presence of natural lees is intentional, enhancing authenticity and aromatic depth. Ideal as an aperitif and with vegetable-based dishes, legumes, and light course…
Region
A diverse region stretching from the Alpine foothills to the Adriatic plain, producing everything from the mineral precision of Soave Classico to the structured complexity of Amarone della Valpolicella. The appassimento tradition — drying grapes to concentrate sugars and flavour — gives Veneto a unique stylistic identity unmatched anywhere in Italy. For B2B buyers, Veneto offers unrivalled range: accessible entry-level volume, serious mid-tier appellations and prestige cuvées — all within a single, well-recognised regional identity.
