Founded in 1979 by Ilario Bincoletto, Tessère is an organic winery located in the Venetian countryside. Today, Emanuela Bincoletto continues the family tradition with a strong focus on wine quality and environmental respect. The estate is deeply rooted in its territory, with the native Raboso grape as its flagship variety, interpreted in an elegant and modern style while preserving traditional craftsmanship. Redentor Sui Lieviti is a traditional-method sparkling rosé made from Raboso grapes. It shows a pale pink onion-skin hue that deepens with extended lees contact in bottle. The nose reveals pomegranate, citrus, apple, wild blackberry, cherry, and subtle hints of liquorice. On the palate it is lively, pleasantly acidic, and complex.
