The winery
Founded in 1937 by Giacomo Bottarelli in the heart of Valtenesi, on the western shores of Lake Garda, Bottarelli is a family-run winery with a long tradition of viticulture. Today, the estate is managed by the third generation, continuing a legacy built on passion, respect for the land, and a commitment to quality. Located in Picedo di Polpenazze del Garda, the winery cultivates approximately 15 hectares of vineyards and olive groves, producing wines that express the character of the Garda region. Combining tradition with modern winemaking techniques, Bottarelli crafts elegant wines that reflect the unique climate and terroir of Lake Garda.

Wine details
A vibrant sparkling rosé produced from traditional Garda grape varieties and crafted using the Charmat Method. Pale pink in color with a fine and persistent mousse, it reveals elegant aromas of wildflowers, hawthorn, peach, red currant and cherry. Fresh, savory and beautifully balanced on the palate, it combines lively acidity with delicate fruit notes and remarkable elegance. An excellent aperitif, it pairs perfectly with lake and sea fish, shellfish, risottos, light pasta dishes, grilled white…
Region
A region of sharp contrasts — from the fog-draped Oltrepò Pavese plains to the glacier-carved moraines of Franciacorta and the steep granite terraces of Valtellina. Franciacorta has established itself as Italy's most serious sparkling appellation, produced exclusively by traditional method with extended ageing; Valtellina's Nebbiolo — grown at altitude on near-vertical slopes — yields wines of Alpine tension and extraordinary longevity. For B2B buyers, Lombardy offers two high-prestige, low-volume niches with strong positioning at the fine dining and premium retail level.
