The winery
Muratori is a Franciacorta estate based at Villa Crespia, built on over twenty years of family winemaking. The winery descends 12 metres underground across four levels - grape intake and cold storage at ground level, pressing at 3m, skin maceration at 6m, and vinification and aging at 12m. Gravity-fed throughout, with no mechanical intervention on the must. This design prioritises temperature stability and minimal-impact winemaking. The approach combines modern technology with a non-interventionist philosophy to produce high-quality Franciacorta.

100% Chardonnay Franciacorta Riserva Brut produced only in the most favourable vintages, from the estate's most important vineyards at 5,000 vines per hectare. Gravity-fed winemaking, minimum 60 months on lees in bottle - occasionally exceeding 100 months - 3g/L dosage. Ripe fruit, citrus and spice on the nose with elegant and refined perlage.
