Vivaearth Cuvée Extra Dry is a sustainable sparkling wine from Veneto, made from a blend of Garganega and Trebbiano grapes grown at 100–150 m a.s.l., from vineyards over 40 years old. Produced with soft pressing and controlled fermentation, followed by Charmat method (35–40 days). Bright straw yellow with green reflections and fine persistent perlage.
