Vivaearth Prosecco DOC Extra Dry is a sustainable sparkling wine from Veneto, made mainly from Glera grapes with a small percentage of Chardonnay. It comes from Conegliano vineyards at 180–200 m a.s.l., with vines over 40 years old. Produced with soft pressing and controlled fermentation, followed by Charmat method (35–40 days).
