Vivaearth Rosé Extra Dry is a sustainable sparkling wine from Veneto, made from Trebbiano and Raboso grapes grown on mineral-rich clay soils. The white grapes are vinified off the skins, while Raboso is vinified as red with short maceration, then blended and refermented using the Charmat method, followed by two months on the lees.
