Vivaearth Prosecco Rosé DOC Millesimato Extra Dry is a sustainable sparkling wine from Veneto made from Glera and Pinot Noir grapes. The Glera is vinified white at controlled temperature, while Pinot Noir is vinified on skins for a few days before blending.
