Produced from hillside vineyards in San Damiano al Colle and Montù Beccaria, Il Cassino is a lively Bonarda dell’Oltrepò Pavese DOC grown at elevations between 250 and 300 meters above sea level. Following skin maceration and stainless-steel ageing, it displays a bright ruby-red color and expressive aromas of cherry, sour cherry, and delicate floral notes.
