Il Soffio is a Croatina IGT produced by Alessio Brandolini in the hills of Oltrepò Pavese. Made from 100% Croatina grapes grown on sun-exposed vineyards between 250 and 300 meters above sea level, it showcases the varietal’s authentic character.
