The winery
Cantine di Marzo has operated from its historic cellars since 1647. For nearly four centuries, harvested grapes have passed through here before vinification, and finished bottles still depart from these same cellars before shipping worldwide. With a history spanning almost 400 years, Cantine di Marzo is Campania's oldest continuously operating winery, still owned by descendants of the di Marzo family. The estate is housed in a historic palazzo in Tufo (Avellino) that incorporates the town's ancient medieval walls.
